REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Empire Luxury Beauty, we take pride in providing only the highest quality luxury hair.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once hair has been opened, installed, altered, or chemically processed (dyed, bleached, cut, etc.).

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet Shipped. 

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact].

  • The hair must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and unaltered for exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
