We do not offer refunds or exchanges once hair has been opened, installed, altered, or chemically processed (dyed, bleached, cut, etc.).
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet Shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact].

The hair must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and unaltered for exchange.
